Rats and mice can get in through small gaps around doors, vents, garages, and utility lines. In Coronado, they can also move along fences, landscaping, rooflines, and storage areas. Droppings, scratching sounds, gnaw marks, and activity near food or trash are common signs.

Spiders are common around garages, storage areas, patios, and exterior lights. Even when they are not the main issue, they often point to another insect problem nearby.

Nests often show up around eaves, fences, sheds, patio covers, roof edges, and stucco cracks. In a place like Coronado, that can be especially frustrating around outdoor seating areas, courtyards, and entryways.

Termites are a common concern in Coronado. They can be active in hidden areas like framing, crawl spaces, fences, trim, and other wood structures, especially where moisture is present. Signs can include discarded wings, mud tubes, or wood that sounds hollow.
