Amazing company! You will not regret going with Doug’s. We had our house fumigated before we moved in, and it was a smooth process. Kelli helped us get scheduled right away, and she was super helpful in guiding us through the process and ensuring we weren’t more stressed than we needed to be while closing escrow. Josh and Doug came to treat my home for termites. On the unpainted wood in my attic, garage, and shed they sprayed it with a chemical that will kill the termites and continue to kill them. On my deck, which was painted, and had a LOT of termites, they used a different procedure, they injected the poison directly into the wood. I was absolutely thrilled that I did not have to have my house tented! Doug and Josh were on time, very professional and friendly. I was gone most of the time they were working to stay away from the fumes, and they texted me when they were wrapping everything up. I would highly recommend both of them!

Doug's Bug Company has been excellent since they first came to our house for a termite inspection. We used their termite tenting services and continued with their pest extermination. Doug’s Bugs is a wonderful company to retain for termite eradication. The cost is more than competitive and the work is quick and efficient. The wood repair work done at my house was thorough and meticulous and followed by careful painting. On top of this, Doug and his staff make more palatable an arduous aspect of home ownership.

An outstanding experience. Josh from Doug's Bug Company communicated with us clearly throughout the process, arrived right on time and completed the work earlier than estimated. But even more importantly, he found a way to turn back the swarms of ants who had been invading every room of our house, and we have not seen a single ant inside our house in two months. Great work!

  The pavers at my house in Ocean Beach had become the site of a major ant condo complex with anthills every foot or so from my patio to the curb.... read more My bf said this was not something we could manage on our own and a professional would need to be called in. None of my neighbors wanted to do anything apparently so I bit the bullet and hired Doug's Bug Company. They could not have been nicer and got someone out the next day to assess and estimate. Josh was terrific and explained everything and I thought the price was reasonable and the attention to detail was on point. Josh got to work right away and said to give it a few days for results but within 24 hours the ants were gone. And gone from my adjacent neighbors homes too. Absolutely recommend and support this local small business!

The company sent out Josh who could not be any more competent and thorough. Josh really knows his bugs and he's a good guy too. To top it off - the pricing was excellent and very competitive.   I have a previous review, but I just have to say how amazing was today because of Victor. We were starting to get the seasonal ants (Mind you, we only... read more used them once, so after 2 years no ants?!), but we got a really bad infestation of spiders. Haven't had that problem in over a decade. Victor came out, and spent so much time even getting rid of cobwebs, before he even started spraying.  He spent so much time!! And then he really took his time spraying anywhere there was an issue. I cannot recommend Doug's Bug enough!! We are going to be lifelong customers. They bill bi-monthly, and it is only $5 more compared to the places I see around the neighborhood that seem to spend 10- 15 minutes at that. I HIGHLY recommend this company! You will not only be not disappointed, but very satisfied and thankful.

Doug came over and met us personally to begin with, and often does the treatments himself! However I have now also met Victor and Josh (and perhaps others) and everyone seems to be cut of the same stellar cloth! Totally reliable and with good conscience to take care of your property, even if you're absent. The office staff is also personable and accommodating---again the whole operation is top-notch. AND they get the job done!! I can highly recommend this business!
