None of my neighbors wanted to do anything apparently so I bit the bullet and hired Doug's Bug Company. They could not have been nicer and got someone out the next day to assess and estimate. Josh was terrific and explained everything and I thought the price was reasonable and the attention to detail was on point. Josh got to work right away and said to give it a few days for results but within 24 hours the ants were gone. And gone from my adjacent neighbors homes too. Absolutely recommend and support this local small business!

We were greeted to the company by Kelli who patiently and cheerfully walked us through what services we needed to reclaim our home from the critters. She's great. The company sent out Josh who could not be any more competent and thorough. Josh really knows his bugs and he's a good guy too. To top it off - the pricing was excellent and very competitive. We were starting to get the seasonal ants (Mind you, we only... read more used them once, so after 2 years no ants?!), but we got a really bad infestation of spiders. Haven't had that problem in over a decade. Victor came out, and spent so much time even getting rid of cobwebs, before he even started spraying. He spent so much time!! And then he really took his time spraying anywhere there was an issue. I cannot recommend Doug's Bug enough!! We are going to be lifelong customers. They bill bi-monthly, and it is only $5 more compared to the places I see around the neighborhood that seem to spend 10- 15 minutes at that. I HIGHLY recommend this company! You will not only be not disappointed, but very satisfied and thankful.

Doug came over and met us personally to begin with, and often does the treatments himself! However I have now also met Victor and Josh (and perhaps others) and everyone seems to be cut of the same stellar cloth! Totally reliable and with good conscience to take care of your property, even if you're absent. The office staff is also personable and accommodating---again the whole operation is top-notch. AND they get the job done!! I can highly recommend this business!
